What you eat or don't eat will age or anti-age your skin. Fruits, vegetables, all anti-oxidant foods that fight free radicals will help keep your skin younger-looking.
And exercise--move your body as best you can. Stretch, bend, walk, and stand tall. Sagging shoulders can make you look older no matter how young-looking your skin is. Don't slump.
